4th of a series of four Mountainbike Races under British Cycling rules. Points from this race also go towards the Kent MTB Championships being co-promoted by Fowlmead and Bedgebury. Race for fun, Race your friends, or Race to win! Register, collect your race number and practise from 5.30pm. Overall series prizes (best 3 races of the 4 to count). Pre-entry prices are £8 for over 18s and £4 for any rider of 17 years and under. Pre-entry via www.riderhq.com will close at 23:59 on Tuesday 18/08/09. Entry on the day will be £10 for adults and £5 for any rider of 17 years and under. Plenty of car parking - please remember to pay your £1.00 for all-day parking. |

Fast all-weather surface predominantly on shale (from the park's previous life as the spoil tip of Betteshanger Colliery). Testing and fun course with generally wide, but twisting and turning paths through the wooded sections, interspersed with open grassy sections. |
