This course is targeted at lapsed runners who have ran either with RLAG previously or those who are new to the group. Whether you're returning from injury, illness or just looking to get your running mojo back, the aim of this course is to bring you back to running through a safe and gradual process and with a view to migrate you onto our Improvers group once you feel ready. 


IMPORTANT: If you are returning to running after injury or illness, then it is of the utmost importance that your Consultant is satisfied and content with your decision to run with Run Like a Girl. Please contact a Running Leader if you have any queries.
