Safeguarding requires that any person under 18 years of age MUST be in sight of a parent or designated appropriate adult. If the adult leaves the site then the youth must accompany them.

Parents/guardians have full responsibility for the actions of their child and any equipment they bring onto the site.

The organisers retain the right to refuse access to the site and do not have to give any reasons.

Any part of the facility or equipment under hire must be left clean and without damage. If damage is caused then this can be charged to the parents.

The normal written constitution for Lincsquad membership must be adhered to.

Site Instructions 

If attending the full days workshop please arrive on site by 0945 on Saturday 16th June 2018.

If attending the individual discipline sessions please arrive at least 15mins before the session start time.

If you only intend to complete the timed event on Sunday 17th June 2018 please arrive by 1100 for the site briefing and registration.

The access gate MUST be locked after entry/exit.

There are full kitchen facilities on the site with a designated dining area. Please bring your own pans, pots, and cutlery.

No alcohol will be allowed in these areas.

There are areas suitable for the workshops should the weather be inclement, but bring wet weather gear suitable for off road cycling and running.

Equipment

There will be a supply of Xbikes and MTBs for hire at £1/day but the sizes do not cater for smaller riders.

The available canoes are NOT race canoes but training craft and are very stable; they do not cater for adults or long legs. There are some K1 type race boats for the more proficient again hire charge of £1/day, which includes paddle and buoyancy aide.

Approved cycle helmets and wet suit are compulsory.

We do not have access to spare wet suits which are compulsory for the open water swimming as are brightly coloured hats and goggles.
