⁃ Exercises to strengthen the core and pelvic floor and ensure they can respond to more intense exercise 
⁃ Running specific conditioning 
⁃ A running programme that will take you to 30 mins continuous running 
⁃ An opportunity to meet other mums in a friendly and supportive group 
⁃ A babysitter to look after the little ones so you can run with fewer interruptions (running weeks only)

Beth encourages all of her clients to spend time recovering after giving birth and build a solid foundation of core strength before participating in more intense work (such as running or lifting weights)
