 This course is suitable for anyone who'd like to progress from 5km/30 minutes of running to 60 mins non stop in 8 weeks. The course content includes strength and conditioning, injury prevention and management as well as improving your endurance and performance. This course is also ideal for anyone training toewards 10km, whether in your own training or for an event.
