Our Free Runs are for confident runners and run/walkers who are able to run or run/walk for aprox 40 minutes, or who have completed one of our beginners courses. It's independent running with Run Leaders spread amongst everyone. We always have someone walking or running at the back so no-one gets left behind. You may find yourself running on your own in the middle of different paced people - if you are not happy to do this. Please run or walk to the people behind you or stop and wait for them to catch up.

We always have a warm up and a cool down together.
