Ali Brown Coaching - "How to Run Hills" is a professionally coached running course that will focus on uphill and downhill running. The aims are to look at what good form looks like, to build confidence, to teach skills and control so you can overcome hills more efficiently and effectively.

As a coach I will not be running with you, my efforts will be fully on you. I will teach, observe and work with you during the 10 sessions.

The running routes will be of an out and back or a loop nature and please be prepared for off-road running.

The 10 weeks are not consequtive weeks. Sessions will always be on a Sunday at 10am and the dates are:
