This is a traffic-free course using the new tarmac and hard stone path linking Chartham with the centre of Canterbury. The path runs alongside the River Stour all the way and rises and falls by 6 metres for the whole 10k which makes it the flattest course you will ever run. Its also one of the most scenic.
