Organiser's Notes:	Entries close 21st November 2009 Race times may alter to those on the event website www.easterncross.org.uk/race09-10-10.htm Times will be notified in the event programme emailed to entrants & placed on event website after closing. Eligibility to enter the Regional Championships Entrants to Regional Championships (excluding foreign riders) must be members of the Federation. The event surcharge option is not applicable to these events. Members of clubs, racing teams & trade teams affiliated to the Federation who reside within the boundaries of the relevant Region. Full time students or members of the armed forces who by necessity are required to live away from the Region of their first claim club's affiliation. Individual members who reside in that Region & are not a member, or have not within the period since 1st June of the year of the Championships, been a member of an affiliated club.
