No preliminary 'registration' process: the entrant fills in just one form - your entry form! Many event systems use a multi-step sign-up process or several pages of forms before your entrant can confirm their place in your event, ours is as straightforward as it can be: entry-form, payment regardless of whether they've entered an event with us before or not.
Automatic form pre-fill: address, name, team etc. - if the entrant has used RiderHQ before they won't have to re-type anything, most of their details are on the form already
Single click payment: If the entrant has chosen to store their card details they can pay with one click (NB: entrants must explicitly choose to store payment details and can delete details at any time)
Instant-load: Entry forms have no adverts or heavy graphics, entrants typically get 'you are entered and have paid' confirmation within seconds
No plugins or JavaScript required: our forms work everywhere (including mobiles/iPhones)

Amend all details (website, name, dates, fees, forms etc., etc.) at any time
Accept online payment or not, as you wish (there is no cost if you don't accept payments)
Close or suspend online entries whenever you want, and re-enable them whenever you want
Email all or some of your entrants including those that didn't enter online
Add entrant details directly to the entry list (e.g. if you are sent a paper form and cheque) - no fees are charged for these
Refund entrants directly if you need to, or amend entrant details (e.g. correct typos in sponsorship or team details)
Move entrants between entry lists or even between events (ideal if an entrant can't make one event - you can move them to a different one)

Low transaction processing charge of 5% +70p with no further fees to pay (no charges at all if your entry fee is zero)
Choose whether to include the transaction processing in your entry fee, or add it on top (paid by the entrant only)
Add discounts/premiums based on values provided on your entry form (e.g. if 'Club member' is ticked reduce cost by �2)

Entrants receive a secure ticket number and a printable ticket which they bring with them on the day

All login and payment information is sent over a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer connection
Credentials are one-way hashed, are not stored anywhere in their original form and are not accessible to RiderHQ personnel or anyone else
All personal information is securely stored and not provided to any third parties
Payment details are stored on a secure machine within an encrypted store, PCI-sensitive details are not stored.
