What does it cost?

We charge 3.5% +VAT +payment processing to entrants that enter online. There is no charge for entrants who pay you by other means, or for entries that are free.

Can I try it for free?

Yes — just list your event to try out the system. You can add entrants manually, or add an entrylist and set the cost to zero - you can use the system to manage your event this way as long as you like.

If you want to allow entrants to pay using RiderHQ, switch your entries to 'collect payment'.

What else can we do?

We automatically list your event in our calendar and our events database. Our calendar is displayed on our own high-traffic website and distributed to our partners, such as London Cyclesport who will help publicise your event and drive entries.

We are based in London and have built a reputation for excellent customer service, we will be happy to work with you to ensure that all runs smoothly, leaving you free to concentrate your energies elsewhere.
