What does it cost?

We charge 3.5% +VAT +payment processing to entrants that enter online. There is no charge for entrants who pay you by other means, or for entries that are free.

Can I try it for free?

Yes — just list your event to try out the system. You can add entrants manually, or add an entrylist and set the cost to zero - you can use the system to manage your event this way as long as you like.

If you want to allow entrants to pay using RiderHQ, switch your settings to 'collect payment'.

What else?

We automatically list your event in our calendar and our events database, and provide one-click access to your event page via friendly URL.
