New email system, refund automation, calendar and more... RiderHQ updates for May

Dear event directors and group owners

It's been a busy May here at RiderHQ: we've been developing the system, supporting great events like the Eastbourne Cycling Festival and I've even squeezed in a few rides to Box Hill (resurfaced and speed humps removed in preparation for the Olympics). We've 4 developments to highlight in this bulletin, including the new emailing system, which I'm using for this email itself!

Improved emailing

Auto-move between events

Email entrants and members easily - we've made lots of improvements and added many new features including bounce and unsubscribe tracking...

Let entrants move themselves between your events: quicker and easier for them, less admin for you

Refund policies

Choose how much and when, and we'll handle your refunds (you can also do them yourself if you want to)

We've spruced up our events calendar: cleaner, quicker and easier

A quick word on marketing - over the years many of you have been kind enough to refer us to your friends and colleagues, which is the best way we have to maintain and grow the business.  At this time, do you know anyone who you feel could benefit from using our services? Any referrals would be very welcome; word of mouth is the best marketing!

Also, do let us know how we can support you via twitter - we already publish new event listings and update people as places go -  copy us on your event tweets and we'll retweet them.

Read about more of our features on the RiderHQ Blog or see our features page for an overview.
